How It Works

During our first meet and greet I will provide you with the appropriate forms to fill out so I can get to know your eating habits, how your body systems are functioning and any other pertinent information that helps me to help you reach your health and wellness goals. This can be done in person, via snail mail or email after our meet and greet session, which may also be done through gmail video call or Skype.

After the Life Style and Nutri-Systems Profile questionnaires are completed and returned to me, I provide you with Nutri-Systems Profile scores, customized food and meal suggestions, customized shopping lists, and supplemental and lifestyle recommendations to help your overall well-being and help you achieve your personal goals. 

Following Up

I like to support my clients in their progress as they follow along with their individualized programs. The time frame for follow-ups varies from client to client as everyone is biochemically unique.

Dietary, supplemental, lifestyle and body-mind-spirit factors may need to be adjusted as you progress with your health and wellness goals to suit your stages and specific needs along the way. You may also have questions or concerns along the way that need to be answered and addressed, and this may require changes to your program.  I recommend following up to make sure you are still on track and benefiting from your program.

Reaching Your Goal

It takes time, diligence, commitment, self-control and will power - it can seem overwhelming at first, but then your new regimen becomes the norm and seems effortless. You are not alone and I am here to help anyway I can.

As you reach your health and wellness goals you may feel empowered and satisfied and gain self confidence, knowing you have done all that you can to help your body's innate ability to heal its self.

Also upon meeting your health and wellness goals you will receive a complementary gift.

As well as the questionnaires listed on the card, I provide gluten-free and dairy-free recipes, cookbooks (see cookbooks below or "More" "Products" page), personalized shopping lists and meal planning when needed.

Need help finding food or other health products? I can help!
If you live in the same town as me or are new to the area, I can meet with you and give you a tour of a local food store, so you know where to find the foods or ingredients you are looking for. If you have already had a consult with me and need advice on where to buy the recommended foods and supplements this service may help save you time. If you would like to know about local food programs and delivery services, I can also provide this.
